This is a digital marketplace where working professionals (“Referrers”) can post authentic referral and job seekers (“Users”) can apply for them. By accessing or using RefEarn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
KYC Verification
Authentic Referrers Only. To maintain trust and authenticity across the platform, every Referrer must complete a mandatory KYC verification process.
This ensures:
Only genuine working professionals can post referrals
Reduced fraud and prevented fake job posts
A safer and more reliable experience for job seekers
Use of the Platform
Not to misuse the platform for scams, misleading posts, or fraudulent activities
Not to extract, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission
Not to engage in hacking, scraping, automated data extraction, or any security breaches attempts
RefEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account associated with suspicious, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content they post on the platform.
By posting content, you grant RefEarn a non-exclusive license to display, edit, or distribute your content as required for platform functionality.
Any offensive, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or false content may be removed without prior notice.
Financial Transactions & Platform Fees
RefEarn charges a percentage of the ticket amount as a platform fee.
This fee supports operational costs, verification processes, fraud prevention, and overall platform maintenance.
All payments are securely processed through third-party partners such as Razorpay.
If no progress is made on the service within 7 working days, the paid amount will be refunded.
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Referrers may withdraw their earnings once KYC verification is completed successfully.
Withdrawal timelines depend on banking partners and processing policies.
Limitation of Liability
RefEarn helps increase the chances of receiving an interview call but does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or influence hiring decisions of any company.
RefEarn is not liable for data loss, failed transactions, interview outcomes, or any actions or content posted by users.
We may suspend accounts if fraud is suspected, KYC verification fails, or documents are invalid, a user violates these Terms, or referral services are misused.
RefEarn may modify or update these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through email or platform notifications.
